Glass on Gas Stove Broke

I have a Glass Top 3 burner stove and I am using it from Last 9-10 Months without any problem but after takeing a gas connection from Adani just use of 5-6 days all of sudden today (i.e.27-03) my glass top got broken even when I was not cooking anything on it. Adani's service executive told us that it is a normal problem with Glass Top Gas Stoves. I believe it is not B'coz when they connect our stove with their gas line that gas force was bit higher and we informed him too. still that Executive is ignoring my complaint and not giving any resolution for the same.
