Dear Concern,

Before several month we submit proposal form for PNG line, and customer no given 1000069134. All our neighbour got connection before a month but still we have not get any connection till date. When work was going on in our society, complaint done on telephonic line but our complain not taken and the revert given that " officially you would take 6 to 7 months for PNG line ". When work near about to complete once again complain done on telephonic line, at that time we are answred that " our neighbour has objection ". That was a fake reason given to us by company or company's engineer. When noone visited to our home or we are not intimated which one of 11 our neighbour has objection for the same, how can company give us this false and fake reason for delay. However, written complain given on 25th June but even we not get any reply from the company. Second complain given on 10th July to the same place, at Memnagar Office. But till date we are not contacted by company. No any progress report given us by company. Even some one Priyanka at Memnagar office, who might be a supervisor at there behaving very rude and as customer frindly. This is not the way to work in a service area. Company must work with some responsibility toward his customer. Is this the start of good relation? No one is there to here our problem, than solution is far away.
