Cover not changed

Dear Sir,

I have changed my mobile body from your mobile store, Indrapuri, BHEL, Bhopal on3rd Sep, 08.

But within a week there is problem in the body, which i reported to shop (MrBrijesh Singh), but since than they are giving a deaf ear to my problem. I have visited your shop somany times, but every time they are making excues without solving my problem.

you are requested to look into my matter or else I have to take legal action against you & your mobile store.
