Non receipt of IPO refund

Hello

I am Chetna Gadodia. I had applied for the Adani Power IPO, I got the partial allotment but am still awaiting the refund of balance money.

I have mentioned the details below:

My Demat account is in ICICI Direct Rohini-9, Delhi

Demat Account no. IN302679-34420337

Transaction Id: 5220368

Application Id: 34510772

Message received on 20th August: "You have been allotted 196 units towards your application in ADANI POWER LIMITED IPO and refund amounting to Rs 32400 has been dispatched by the registrar directly on August 12. This is as per information received from the Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd. Please get in touch with the registrar for queries pertaining to refund."

Status: Till date I have not received any cheque???

Please help???
