Non Refund of Money

I had applied for 130 shares of Adani Power Limited but I did not recieve a single share. I was reading on money control that it was firm allotment but in my case a sum of Rs. 13000/- was debited from my account. I really do not know what happened and still am waiting for my money as already 3 months passed but still not credited my account.
