Often Mobile automatically switched off but not switched on and keeps on flickering

I have purchased Nokia 3500 model in January. More than (for the past) 3 months the mobils is having problem. Often the mobile automatically switched off but not switched on and flickering. I gave the mobile through Nokia Service Centre, Alwarpet, Chennai for 6 times. But, the defect has not yet been rectified. The mobile was given through my representative Mr. Rakesh. Even, I asked for the replacement of mobile. But, no response from your side. The Service Centre people returned the mobile only with the same complaint. They have not tested the mobile properly. Now, I am not in a postion to use the mobile which is only 7 months old and within the period of warranty. Hence, as I am not satisfied with the service I request you to replace the mobile with a new one.
