I purchased Nokia3500 mobile @ Subhiksha, North Veli Street, Madurai on March 9. It developed display problems within 3 days. The showroom people didn't even show the courtesy of addressing the problem, irresponsibly forced us to approach Nokia Care Centre. We beared the ignorance and surrendered it at Nokia Care centre. It was delivered back after service on April 5. We found the mobile was not charging same evening. I carried it to the same subhiksha showroom, they again gave irresponsible answers. They are telling us again to carry it to the Nokia Care centre ourselves.

Although Subhiksha has a good goal of delighting its customers, its employees are not so. I amn't happy with their people's service & the mobile that created 2 problems within 1 month.
