Faulty Nokia 3600 slide handset

Dear sir,

I bought a nokia handset Model: 3600 Slide from "All India Communication, Motera, Ahmedabad. IMEI: 35930621501489 on 30.03.09.

From the date of purchase of the set I am facing a problem of Faulty ON/OFF switch button which was not functioning. I have already sent the set to Nokia care 4 times. But every time they repair it the problem props up after a week or some. After the 4th repair new problems are arising like scroll button are not working and all.

According to me Nokia has supplied me with a faulty handset and they are not willing to take it back.

I have bought the mobile with a dear amount and want full value for the hard earned money i spent on it.

Kindly look into the matter and oblige me.
