Frequently power off automatically

Sir,

I am using ur product like Nokia5200, I am facing frequently the power on/off problem, for the first time problem I have repaired such type of problem from Nokia care Baddi

For the second time I am facing the same problem. My mobile is permanently switched off.

So u please exchange the mobile set & give me a new set. Other wise I have to go to the consumer court.

I am not satisfied with Badddi Nokia Care because they are taking much more time just like 15-30days
