Adcom/External TV tuner card
Not providiing the after sales service product still in warranty

Dear sir/Madam,
I have bought Adcom TV tuner card, external on 03-July.from the last week of Aug its remote stop working and its button to change the channel is also not working properly.and some other issue. I mailed to company at "customercareadcom@gmail.com" mentioned on the box on 03-sept. I have not received any reply till now. So I decided to go to service center. I went today (Date:09/10) and attendent at service centre simply said remote is not under warranty I tried to explain that after only one month its not working and i have one year warranty pls help me.but they simply refuse my request they said we can repair only TV tuner card not Remote after sale of product (which includes TV tuner card, Remote, Wires to connect to computer) there is no warranty of Remote.
