We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have purchased nokia 5300 on 4/3 the above-noted set which is infected with certain technical problems.and vanishing all datas i had went over nokia care on 4/3 i.e exactly within one year but they are not inculding in warranty period what to do they are telling to take it back .. Since we have purchased the phone at a price of 6269.00, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.,
