Nokia 5300
Company not replacing set

Espected sir,

I had bought nokia 5300 on 29th july from durgapur nokia priority dealer. my phone showed Frequent Automatic Reboot and Hanging for the first time in january.i had submitted the phone to nokia care centre in durgapur. They just formatted the phone and said the problem is rectified. Now I have submitted the phone three times already but not getting it repaired as the problem arrives again.

please help me.. what should I do? I need either my phone to be replaced or total refund of money.
