I have given my mobile in nokia care which is at south ext in new delhi on 22-10 .My mobile was having problem with audio amplification and with my battery. They given me the target date to return my mobile and battery was 22-10, 31-10respectively. Ivisted nokia care to take my battery and my mobile on 31-10.They said me that your mobile and your battery has not came yet from the head office so you plz come on 2-11- 2007.Till this date 13-11 i havnt receive my mobile and my battery yet and they given the date to come on 22- 11 to collect my battery and my mobile. I even called the head office (banglore) they also havent taken any response of my call. I dont know what to do .plz help me out as i have made a grate loss.
