Bound to do bad jobs with the new candidate who is enroling with them

I am Moumita Maity, I am doing MBA in HR 4th semister from a reputed institution, I am looking for a suitable job, for that reason i register my name in verious sites like monstar, times etc. I have an complant regarding Adeco Consultency who has short listed my no from monstar. They offerd me for a job, I said that I am not interested for this kind of job, then there was a lady consultant who tryed to forced me for that job and when i replyed no she sent me lots of smses using raw slang which comming to me since all day long.

It's realy not only hutning matter but a matter of my prestige as i am an educated indian cityzen, I want an judgement regarding this matter.

Otherwise I may go to the court as i thik it's a matter of "maanhani".
