I have purchaged Nokia cell of model 5310 IMEI NO 358653014849792 product code 0548081 from amritsar.after 10 month its software not properly work in warrenty i repair two time but fault countinue come and in during time warrentee time is over and mobile set not in use, and mobile set after several complaints to your service station (service job sheet no 170433527/090218/57) and (nokia custmer careline 2-3TNVJ1) software update many times but still the same problem and not working properly. so please change it other wise i will knock the door of court.please inform me about it who can change it and how immedietly. thanking you.
