Nokia care damaged my handset

I have just purchased a Nokia 5320 I week ago. My handset is having some software problem so I took it to Nokia care. Over there the representative who handled my handset actually damaged my phones facial while opening. He opened it with such a great force so that the locks of the facial broke. Now when I am telling then to change it they are ignoring. Why should I accept my new phone with a damaged facial?
