Service center harrased me a lot &yet the problem is pending

I have purchased a cellphone of your company last four months ago . last month it was get dead when i went to nokia care Burdwan (w.b) they were not accepting set saying that there is a problem in battry and your battary has crossed warranty period & you are submitting false bill afterwards they accepted the set but from last 35days i am wihout set they are saying that if you have problems u can go to kolkata service center and used rough language.
