Not received my new handset yet

I have purchased new handset of nokia 5610 on 29-06 i used only this set for one month.on 29-07 the handset was having problem with poor sound qaulity i gone to the mehul mobile net nokia care and told them the problem they sent the mobile to lucknow for repair on 18-08-008 i receiceved my handset but after 3 days it was suffering problem with power rebooting my handset was not powering on again i gone to the service centre they again sent my mobile to lucknow on 23-08.today is 15-09 but i havent recd. my handset they told that mobile is in lucknow only .they r not even picking up the phone. please sollve my problem my no. is 9839113038 and my job sheet no. is 038343506/080823/34 n imei no is 358652018445177 yhe service centre is mehul mobile net in varanasi
