Not fitting

I have purchased addidas shoes from Army canteen Chandimandir Near chandigarh (india) on 16th May. I am already using 42 no. of Woodland & I have requested 42 no.of addidas at counter of canteen & he give me the same No.& there is also written same No.42 on shoes, but when I tried it at home the shoe is not fitting on my feet. In Army canteen there is Rule, that they will Not Exchanged any item & Not Returned.so What I can do? Where I can Exchange it? It is Useless for me. I have canteen slip with me. Kindly do the needful. I shall be very thankful to you. I am waiting for your reply. The particulares are under.
