Unauthorised construction

I am resident of 229, Ashoka Enclave-1, Sector -34, Faridabad, in front of my building their is some construction is going on by govt on road for which they have digged the whole road. now the matter is that the owners of house number 234, Mr. Soni (a lawyer) has planted a garden on road which has a fixed fence of iron rods is not allowing the authority to touch the fence. failing which their is huge mountain of soil is on the road from last so many days which is also blocking the traffic.

please forward this complaint to MCF Faridabad for strict and immediate action.
