Out of warranty issued

Dear sir,

I am K.V.Ramana Rao, working in the High Court of A.P., Hyderabad.

I have purchased one Nokia 6233 Block color mobile phone S.no 352915023159414, in the month of May, its warranty expires on 24.4.2009. After 3 months use mobile Camara fail to work. Accordingly I gave for Nokia service station (Nokia Care, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad) After 40 days follow up I got the another mobile S.no 356283012596948 its manufacturing date falls on September 07 and received in blue color. They also said that this was the piece replaced and sent by the Nokia Company, Mumbai.

I understand that As per Nokia Complaint mobile will repair or if not possible will give New piece. but I have received old used Piece and its warranty already expired on 13.9.2008 as per the date of manufacturing, which is on 14.9.2007.

And also after put in use this mobile for 4 days the battery back up time below 12 hours and also I have not interested in using blue color.

Therefore, i request you to kindly issue me my Nokia 6233 black mobile phone s/n.352915023159414 with good working condition or issue me one new Nokia 6233 black mobile with warranty and take back the old Nokia 6233 blue color mobile, which was issued to me at Nokia Care, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, A.P.
