PF amount not got credited even after 1.5 years

Name: M.Sangeetha. Worked for adecco from nov to feb. My PF No: km/bn/34272/76781.

Even upon repeated follow ups, am not able to get them the clear status why they are not able to give my pf. They simply tell that they haven't submitted my pf documents to pf office yet and blaming pf office people that if they submit they wil misplace the forms . plz advice what is the solution for this. How to get my pf amount. Adecco No - 35323532.
