PF withdrawl

Dear Sir

My PF withdrawl application was submitted via Addecco to PF Office in Bangalore. After six months two cheques were issued Rs. 2326/- Ch No 389220 Rs. 1500/- Ch No389211 Dated on 26/2, only one cheque was presented for Rs. 2326/- Ch No 389220 im my account and that too was not credited in my account and was returned back. After that I filled the reauthorisation letter in the month of May'09 but till date I have not received any response.

Kindly confirm the PF withdrawl Status. My PF No is KN/BN/34272/13284 date 11.12.2008
