Misbehavier andmisleading information

Hi sir,

i have purchased a cellphone of nokia co.(nokia6300). bymistakely my phone having switch problem and i was unable to use in proper way so, i have submitted my phone to nokiacare (nirmal enterprises, p.p.compound, ranchi, jharkhand-834001).there is a employee pawan kumar . who is not giving any responce and always try to behave like high authority. if we ask anything, he don't want to reply and try to hint in wrong word. so i am fully unsatisfied. Please help me and resolve my problem.
