Weak performance of service centre

I have submited my mobile having IMEI No. 356832025340270, product code 0515596, model name 6300 to Crazy Infovision, 83, Ghola ghata road, Kolkata (ASC : 291_504886) on 02.07.09 for repairing enhancement: Audio.

But they are unable to give me the hand set (transceiver) till date (25.07.09).

It is very disappointing for the weak performance of nokia service center.

Please take necessary action.
