PF amount

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I Pramod Kumar was employed with Adecco Consultancy, resigned on 30/11. I submitted by P.F application along with cancelled cheque on 30/3 was informed to me that i would received the payment after 3 months. on 2/6 i had been to the P.F office in Bommanahalli Branch, they informed me that the application was rejected due to lack of documents which was failed by adecco to submit, i had been to consultancy on the same day they told me that they have not received any documents from PF office.

One Mr. Kannan approached me, i informed him that as i am doing my MBA i need to pay my Collage fees by August so he requested me to fill me a fresh document and gave a cancelled cheque he also assured me that i would received the amount with in 40 days, but its almost 2months i have not received the money, today i had been to PF office they told me that i would receive the amount only in the first week of October. I tried calling Mr.kannan several times on his cell he is not responding to my call or SMS, its almost 5 months there is nothing happening Most important thing is this is second time i am facing the same issue with the same Consultancy. First time was in 2008 March i gave application but i received the full amount in October.

My humble request you Pls look in the matter and provide me the resolution as i need to pay my collage fees,
