ADECCO FLEXIONE
PF Application is not yet submitted to PF Department since last 4 months

I'm Anantha Raj, was an employee of Adecco Flexione, working for Reliance Communication as a Revenue Assurance Executive. I resigned the company during Sep-06 and submitted my PF withdrawal application to HR who sits in Reliance House Peenya early during Apr-09 and also got a confirmation from the HR saying that the same hase been forwarded to Adecco PF section (Shanthi/Somesh) on 13-Apr. I have been waiting for my PF since last three months and thought checking the application status on 7-Aug calling Shanthi but she was not picking up her calls. Finally I could able to reach Somesh. He confirmed me that the PF application has been forwarded to PF Department on 6-May and also asked me to wait for another one month or so. Today, 20-Aug I called support centre and they say that the PF application is still lying in Adecco office which is yet to submitted to PF Department in a week or so. I just dont understand since last four months what are they waiting for? Its really "STARNGE".

I'm completely no clue on what to do on this, Can some one advice.
