Nokia6300 choco
Handset not working

I have purchased Nokia Phone Nokia 6300 on 14th of Nov08. Unfortunate after 2-3 days I found this is not working and I lodged a complaint on 18-11-08.Complaint No. 151433527/08/1118/7. We recieved a call on 29-11-08 that Phone has been received at Nokia Care Center but at the time of recieving we found Cell is not new but executive was saying company has been chaged the set as in previous set there was some manufacturing defect.

But as per rules Cell should be new that I am not getting. Itried on Nokia Center as well as on customer care all they arer denying for the new set.

Kindly rethink on this issue as I am the sufferer from the mistake that made from your side and this is not the professional attitude to deal with customer.
