Customer care negligency

I gave my nokia 7210 to the near by SR customer care, near ZP, Wyra Road Khammam, A.P, as a software n battery problem arose.they gave a jobsheet with no 463465550/090521/1 and asked me to come and check after 10 days.though i visited them 2 times after the given time they didnot give proper response.as i stay at a distant place and had to come the customer care only for the purpose by spending nearlly Rs.120 for bus fares.they didnot even give responsethey even asked me to go toa customer care which is very faraway.this is not only my problem.i came across 3 to 4 persons with some or the other problems coming over there and the care people are humiliating them without proper service.we all are deciding to take this matter seriously and complain in a consumer forum.
