Sir,

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the nokia hand set N-Series the model no of the same is N73 which is infested with certain technical problems. The bill date of the same is 05/10.During last 10 months i have gives more than 10times this hand set for same problem to the nokia care centre. The big problem in this handset is with the joy stick, the joy stick doesn't work properly, problem with key pad & the phone also hangs. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
