Re:- Replacement of Nokia 7610 set Colour Black Batch no. 352273010053178

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The set has been going, in and out of dormancy for the past 4 months. Now the mobile is dead. I had given it for servicing in the months of oct., 07 (guarantee period), but was not serviced properly by the authorized Nokia care centre at Tambaram. I was again forced to give it for a second service Jan. 08, at Nokia care centre Royapetah, but the result was the same and they didn’t give any proper feed back. Then i have at present given it to HCL Nokia Care at Mount Road and they reply that the mobile cant be repaired or serviced any more and is of no use.

We are frustrated and disgusted by the irresponsible service provided and to the faulty hand set which didn’t last even 11 months from the date of purchase (Nov. 09th 2006).
