Nokia & Hot Spot
Defective Pice

Respected Sir,

I bought a Nokia E 62 from Nokia Hot Spot in Model Town, New Delhi in January I also got it insured. But the Phone started giving me problem of restart from the verry beging. I have given my phone to get it checked for more than five times now & they keep phone for at least 20 to 25 days, that meens my phone has been with them more than with me.

As my phone is insured & despite so many times given to them with no results... I feel that either my phone should be changed or my money should be returned.
