New phone purchased on 29th may got hanged

Dear sir,

i had purchased a nokia e-75 having imei.356855021924243 which i just used for 3 days, but today after unplugging it from the charger i noticed that the charging meter was still running and also the keys of the phone were not working when i showed it to the phone dealer he just switched off my phone and restarted it and said my problem was solved he refused to acknowledge the fact that this problem was there and also upon my many request to change the handset denied it vehmently and also misbehaved when i told him i will complain against him. dear sir this phone which costed me 23000/- an d nokia being such a reputed company deserves some trust which today they have broken, i have not brought some cheap imitation but a handset with proper documentation. I REQUEST UR GOODSELF TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH CONCERNED PERSONS AND INFORM ME ACCORDINGLY. SUCH PART OF BEHAVIOUR FROM THE DEALER OF A COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTE HAS CAUSED GREAT HARDSHIP FOR ME GIVING ME MENTAL PAIN, IFURTHER REQUEST UR GOOD SELF TO DEBAR SUCH DEVIEOUS PERSONS FROM DOING BUSSINESS IN OUR COUNTRY, THANKING YOU
