Applied for PF withdrawal six months back on

Dear Sir/Madam,

My PF No is - KN/BN/34272/110124

I had submitted form for PF withdrawal on 7th Apr at Kolkata Adecco india office to Mr Sandeep Mukutmani-98301108324

Six month had passed away but still i have not recieved my PF amount and had tried to contact Mr. Sandeep but he is not recieving my call and today when i had called (033-35233532) and spoken to Miss Smita she had conformed me that they have recieved my forms on 8th april 09 but they have not deposited the same to PF office and they will be doing the same in 1st week of december.

Would request you please update me if anything is pending from my side so that i can provider the same immediately to avoid any further delay.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
