I did nt receive the headset, international calling card

My name is basheer uddin i have already done the formalities as in i have sent th demand draft and sent the original sticker came along with my laptop to calim the hp headset and calling card but its almost two months i did bt receive anything i never expected this from hp the renowned international company. I would really appreciate if my complaint is noted and appropriate action is taken
