Regarding the replacement of Nokia 3500 black colour set

Pathetic Services to already the customers of Nokia

I brought Nokia3500 black colour phone in november and since then i have given thrice that phone for repairing for the same problem. This time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused it and said for repairement.its been 6 months and my phone is still in Nokia Care Gorakhpur branch (U.P)

so please look forward to my problem and provide me the replaced set.
