Nokia handset problem

Dear Sir,

I have purachased a nokia-6233 from a nokia dealer (THE CELL POINT, SEC.- 14, GURGAON) on 14 August. But in December It switch off automatically and didnt on. I thought it may be a software problem so i go to nokia care (Gurgaon). They told me it was a software problem they scan it and give it back to me . after some days same problem appears, screen goes white itself some time and mobile switch off. It never on again. This time care executive told me it was a battery problem and software problem. they take my cell n give me a new battery after 15 days. after some time same problem appears it is third time. Now i m getting fedup with mobile and your service. this time executive send my cell to headoffice (Delhi) for 15 days. Please look after the matter and do the needful. It already killed my lots of time. This time i just want a OK handset otherwise i will go for some other actions.
