FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMERS

Sir,

I have given a phone Nokia E-51 for repair in Chennai on 20.01.09. I get a call on 29.01.09 that sorry sir we are unable to repair your phone, we have sent it to gurgaon and we have scrapped your old phone. They have not obtained any permission from me in doing this as i had my contacts back up in that phone and my memory card also works in that particular phone only. I got a replacement from the company on 04.02.09.

The replaced phone was in terrible condition and it was already used for 60 hours. On approaching the higher authorities like Mr Sudhir (Gurgaon) cell number 91 9899692193 and Mr Gopal Krishnan (Chennai) 91 988409562 and Mr Mohan (Bangalore) 91 9741488441 whom i have informed about the issue have taken no steps on this and have closed the issues among themselves since they wanted to cover up their mistakes.

I have a mail confirmation from Mr Gopal Krishnan (Chennai) that my scracted phone which was replaced will be replaced again with a new handset but no steps have been taken yet. All these higher executives are just fraud and playing games with the customers. These three people are very muck skilled in doing fraud with customers to keep up their position in the company.

Such big frauds arehappening and that too by the company top executies. I hope some serious action is taken against all of them who are spoiling the image of the company by misleading the customers.

I hope my issue is responded by the company.
