DEFAULT NOKIA 5610 HANDSET

Dear Sir,

I have bought Nokia handset with model no.5610 and IMEI No. 358652015659341on 23/03/08, but I did not able to use it for more then four months because rest of time it was with nokia care. This time I have given it for 4th time to nokia care because of its poor incoming audio, poor ringer and software problem. some time its screen showing flickering problem and some time its software become corrupt. Only relief for me is its under waranty period which will also over on 23rd of this month. So its my humble request to you to look after this matter and if i would get new handset in exchange for this? otherwise i feel that i have lost my 11, 580 rupees.
