Company not return 4000 rs which took as a token money for registration for pmp training classes but no allot the seat in training class

Adept Technology Pvt took my token money for the training class in july18, 19 & 25, 26 but when i paid the token money of 4000 rs they call me that the batch is reschedule in August i was took leave for this training class and in the end they reschedule the class so i asked MsSasi Rekha. D, from Adept Technology Pvt, chennai to return back my token money of 4000rs they totally refuse to pay my token money, I have the details of my payment through my credit card & the mails send before and after the case.

if these casees are continue because all these institue initially take some token money & if they can't arrange the numbers of trainee they reschedule the programe & they eat the money or offer some study material which is waste with training.

kindly suggest me the way to find my money back.
