1. The course was scheduled for 26th-27th June at the Pune location.

2. Until 25th June I had confirmation that course is supposed to be delivered as per schedule, however, Adept Tech did not inform to me of the venue.

3. I had to chase them a lot and finally they confirmed that course has been cancelled and they will get back with new dates.

4. Next week I was informed that course is now scheduled for 10-11th July.

5. On 7th July, I was informed that course has again been cancelled and I will be intimated of new dates.

6. I was later intimated that course is now scheduled for 17th-18th July.

7. However, it was again cancelled and I am informed that course is now scheduled in August but there are no dates as yet.

Looking at their track record of past 1 month as they cancelled the course for 4 consecutive weeks, I asked the institute to refund the fee and I registered with another institute offering the course in Pune.

I paid 20, 000/- Indian rupee as the fee but Adept Tech has provided receipt of only 11, 000/- Indian rupee.

The institute has agreed to pay the refund but it is over 2 months and they do not even respond to any calls or emails.

I have all the mails/documents/receipts/bank account statement which validate the above information and I can provide all this to any government agency.
