LANDLINE NOT WORKING FOR LAST 3MONTHS

Sir/Madam,

We are having landline no 040-27261191at A.P (hyderabad) which is not working for last 3months. We have logged complaint through phones, we have also visited our customer care center then also they are not taking any action. We have also applied for broad band connection for the same number, but we can't get the connected because our phone is not working. It has become very diffcult for us to communicate with other companies and very diffcult for other companies to contact us. I request to take to go through the matter and sort it out as early as possible.
