Delay in delivering swap/ repaired handset

A Nokia handset model No. 6300 col- Black was purchased on 17th of May from Prapti Telecom (Camac) (Nokia priority) Bill no 510.

Some starting problem was faced on 5th of July. The handset was given for repair on 6th of july at Anand International Behala (Nokia care).

Job sheet No- 292504886/090706/138. The delivery date was 7th of July.

the set suffered a major problem so it was sent to Delhi. They demanded for 15 days time to repair it. Which they failed to meet again.

Complain no -1-7726268940 was given but there was no response.

On prolonged followup I was issued with a swap hand set which was 6300 col-red/silver. I denied to take it for the change in colour.

Since then even after constant reminder i have still not recived my set.
