Dear Sir,

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - N81, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 356994019192974 PRODUCT CODE –0570887, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN) on 15.01.2009 from chennai.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent more than 4 times to Nokia service centre, but the problem still persists.

1. Its display was changed at nokia care job card no. 317343506/090316.

2. When i got back my phone from nokia care it key pad was very had they got it repaired.

3.Its key pad is not working they got it repaired but again it is having it the same problem.

4. I have given it again for repair fourth time.

Due to repetition of this problem, and frequent repairing my phone is in bad shape I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.

In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.
