I have purches nokia n 73 violet/grey color mobile worth rs.19900/- from an authorised dealer.after 4 month charging problem came to my mobile.so, i submit my mobile to nokia care authorised service station of bharuch.after 2 month they return repiar mobile of color creaam and white in dead condition.i tell them this is not my mobile but they did not listen me, and told me this is your mobile.only body of mobile is change by fault.my original mobile was only 4 month old and when i give them mobole it has only little problem.and the mobile they give me is very old and dead.this way they cheat me. i have original bill, box of my mobile and dead mobile which they give me.please help me.
