Sir,

I have purchased a NOKIA handset and within 3 months the problem of display occurs. I had submitted a handset to Nagpal Mobicare, Ahmednagar on 05.12.2007 and they returned me my handset on 29th or 30th Dec saying that the problem is solved. But actually they had not repaired or solved the problem and returned me my mobile as it is. Once again Within 1 day i was suffering from same problem. Now I had again submitted the handset on 31.12.2007. On website of NOKIA CARE ONLINE, I had checked Jobsheet status, I shows that matter is closed and send to L3. I do inquiry at Nagpal Mobicare but they says that we had not received your handset yet. Please go through the matter and solve the problem. My Jobsheet No.402434038/071231/89 dt.31.12.2007
