My handset Nokia 5500 given for repair under warranty no response for warranty repair asking to pay repair charges rs 1978/- as under warranty why should i pay . given to Brightpoint india pvt ltd wide job no MUM0320875 PREVIOUS JOB NO MUM0283200 No response to the person send there many times. no one is ready to meet there neither no one speaks the lady head namrata is never available on the phone nor allowed to meet i want my handset to be repaired and handedover in warranty. pls help out on the same.
