Nokia-2505 handset getting switch-off automatically

I bought my NOKIA-2505 CDMA phone in Nov. After 15 days this mobile starts switching off automatically. I complaint it to the Shop keeper from where I bought my mobile. But they refused to replace it and send me to Nokia service center.and from that moment till now my mobile goes to NOKIA Service center 4 times and it still have the same problem. Please tell me what should I do now. I faced so much difficulty to go again and again to service center as I am a working lady.
