LOW QUALITY & AVOIDANCE

On 4.11.2008 by your tax invoice no 3318 from Nasik store I bought Adidas shoe pair (Item code 018827) for Rs. 3499.00. But the quality of shoe turned out to be low & bad. It got tored on one side & the stitches seem to loosen up & open up soon.

I informed at Nasik store but they gave me the option of getting it repaired by cobbler. On repeated persuasion they offered to repair & asked me to leave the shoe with them. I refused to this.

For me Rs 3499 .00 for pair of shoe is costly enough. But the bad quality of it makes me feel that i have been cheated and I have not been given value for money.

I request money back or new pair of shoe of equivalent price with good quality.
