Two way deduction

Dear Sir,

My company "Adith multilingual private limited". Has newly started collecting money for PPF payment. My company did not inform me or take my approval for deduction. Suddenly from January. They started doing it. As a layman please let me know whether this is the right approach of my company towards employees. There is no form given to us for filling or to sign. All the people who were employed along with me and quit the job are still struggling to get their claim. According to me all the pool of money collected as PPF is lying with the management. There is no company's contribution in this. The company's contribution is also collected from us. Kindly tell me what I have to do.
